Using the Amortization Planner, you can:

• Select loan or mortgage parameters you want to simulate.
• Set desired interval increments to visualize how even the smallest fluctuations impact your payment amount and total interest costs over the life of the loan or mortgage.
• Navigate through the grid table to quickly determine the best loan combination that's right for you.

• Choose row and column variables you want to simulate. In the above example, we will be incrementing the Loan Amount by $500.00 and the Interest Rate by 0.125% to see how the Payment Amount and the Total Interest Rate will be impacted at each incremental stage.
• Set desired interval rate for each variable. The increments can be as small or as large as desired.
• Navigate the grid and view results. Each cell in the grid identifies the values using the corresponding settings for the two variables, all else being equal.
• Click on any cell to transfer the data to the Lease/Loan Analyst view for more in-depth analysis.
• Transfer data to your favorite spreadsheet to create graphs and charts or to use your application's analytical tools and capabilities.
